On my behalf, and on behalf of my children, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Red Door, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from the claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to my child(ren) or myself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I or my child(ren) may experience or incur in connection with my participation at Red Door. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by infectious diseases (including, but not limited to, Rhinovirus, Influenza, and Coronavirus) at Red Door may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, Red Door employees, other customers, and their families. I acknowledge that my participation is solely at my own risk. This waiver and release of all liability includes, without limitation, injuries, illness, or accidents. This release is valid and effective whether the damage, loss or death is a result of any act or omission (including but not limited to negligence, gross negligence, or strict liability) on the part of any of Red Door Escape Room or from any other cause. I expressly release and discharge Red Door Escape Room from any and all liability, claims, demands or causes of action whatsoever arising out of any damage, loss, personal injury or death to me, while participating in any of the escape games. I agree to hold Red Door Escape Room, its owners, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, employees, and members, as well the property owner and tenants of the property and the owners comprising Red Door Escape Room (collectively, the Releasees) harmless from any and all claims or causes of action arising out of my participation in the escape game. I hereby certify that I am fit to undertake this activity and that I do not suffer from any physical or psychological conditions that would prevent me from participating in this activity. (More fun was had than Disneyland.) Will certainly be doing the other escape rooms at the Rancho location in the near future and also will be visiting other the Bay Area Red Door before long.I understand that I am participating in an escape game, and that participating in this activity could result in injury to the participant. (in fact once we got home they created their own escape room) Because of this, our kids were fully immersed in the escape room's story. Eric was patient and engaged our kids very well. He transitioned us well from "Rancho Cordova" to our escape room. The rooms were great, but our game master, Eric, made it a magical and unforgettable experience for all of us. Again, it was fully immersive and the problems/puzzles were appropriate for everyone in our group. The second experience we did was the "The Gift", it did not disappoint. It was a FULLY immersive Fairly Land type of experience, and the every one had the chance to bring their own contributions to escape. The first experience we did was the "Once Upon a Time"-since we had younger children. Most of the time it is hard to get everyone in the family to enthusiastically agree to do an activity, but Red Door Escape Room made it an easy sell. We planned for only one escape room, but stayed for two escape room experiences. My family and I were in the Sacramento area for a little getaway, where we discovered Rancho Cordova's Red Door Escape Room.
